Manager / Sr. Manager - HR Analytics

Looking for candidates with minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR Analytics.

Responsible for:

- The HR Analytics team derives intelligence / insights, and generates meaningful reports / metrics from workforce information available through diverse workforce systems.

- The team analyses data, develops correlations, identifies emerging patterns, conducts scenario / environment / industry analyses, and creates statistical / what-if models and decision support IT solutions.

- HR data and survey analysis using SAP based application.

- Developing HR trend report using SAP Business Warehouse application.

- This role will involve interaction with all people function leaders, the supporting systems and sources of data.

This role can be based in Chennai or Bangalore and my client is very specific in looking at candidates with SAP, Peoplesoft working knowledge.
