Role : Recruitment Head - India  Designation : Senior Manager : Recruitment  Reporting : VP - Global Recruitment  Job Description :   - Responsible for overall recruitment operations and results for strategic business units in India.   - Responsible for developing recruitment strategy that promote cost-effective best practices, improve service quality and provide high caliber talent aligning to staffing success  - Experience in designing and Implementing recruitment initiatives like Internal Job postings, Employee referral and Campus Training Programs  - Experience in building and maintaining healthy/cordial business relationship with all stakeholders/hiring managers includes senior business leaders, management and HR Partners  - Responsible for managing relationships with external stakeholders (lateral, contingent services, background verifications); managing operations to ensure efficiency and increased vendor capability  - Responsible for managing campus, internship and contract hiring initiatives  - Accountable for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios and quality of hires.  - Experience in maintaining a robust recruitment MIS, dashboards as well as summarizing recruitment efforts in the form of PPT- s  - Acting as a strategic partner to the business by providing market intelligence & key analysis on a regular basis  - Experience in Building network of potential candidates and conducting interviews  - Responsible for identifying improvement areas and implement adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level  - Experience in implementing modern recruitment strategies that encompass social media, search engine optimization and proactive sourcing  - Managing a high performing recruitment team of recruiters
