Role is to head recruitment for one of the three business vertical for leading Captive KPO in Pune.

- Two key areas that will set the stage for further engagement are : Excellent in managing customers & senior enough to manage a team of Managers and Asst. manager

- You are an assertive manager and a sought after recruiter

- You have a deep understanding of managing & delivering on complex hiring.

- You have done leadership hiring as well as volume hiring in your past career

- Preferred would be those presently hiring for niche profiles .

- You have excellent in engaging and managing business leaders.

- You can sit up to the business / operations and work with the team.
