Senior Manager/Head - Plant HR & Employee Relations - FMCG Manufacturing

Position : Sr. Manager - Plant HR ER (Plant HR Head)

Reporting : GM Corporate HR

Qualification & Experience : MBA - HR / MSW 2 Yrs full time from reputed institute with 12 + yrs exp in reputed / MNC manufacturing units. sound exp dealing with union, Plant ER & must have done 1 -2 Long term wage settlement.

Responsibility : This is a Plant HR / ER & admin head position, Responsible for Plant recruitment, training coordination

- Statutory Compliance, Workmen Wage contract negotiation

- Disciplinary proceedings, Union interaction and Workmen productivity.

- Development and implementation of the leadership development programs to create a robust leadership talent pool for the organization.
