Senior Manager - Finance - PE/NBFC

Job Objective- Responsible for cost effective way for raising funds through Angle investor, Venture capital,

Private equity/mezzanine debt and NBFC institutions thru dynamic ability

Primary Responsibilities:

Execute fund raising activities by identifying the investors and presenting the business case

Identify and manage right set of investors and various offers(Domestic and international)

Represent company at investors conference being primary contact

Make valuations & financial modelling for a project

Collaborating in structuring of PE deals and drafting confidential term sheet after negotiations and finalizing of terms of lending

Liaisoning with leading financial institutions and Private equity funds

Facilitation in documentation and disbursement

Developing financial, operational and valuation models for decision makers

Data Analysis and interpretation based on financial transactions and recommend actions to optimize functional operations

Analysing complex financial data to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes.

Identify and communicate strategic ideas

Knowledge and skill requirements:

Analytical mind set with experience in strategic planning

Knowledge of finance, budgeting along with accounting systems.

Deal oriented mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects.

Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
