To develop accounting policies and procedures to implement outsourcing activities and to ensure quality and robustness of accounting for the BPO team
ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL REPORTING IS A MUST
Key Accountabilities:
Develop accounting policies and procedures for coordination of all outsourced activities with the functional Head.
- Ensure the service level agreements (SLAs) agreed to for each of the accounting activities are adhered to.
- Coordinate with functional head to enhance efficiency of existing accounting processes and include additional activities in the purview.
- Monitor deviations from SLA to address concerns and take appropriate actions.
- Ensure appropriate technology up gradations to enable outsourcing efficiency.
- Provide timely reports to Finance Head.
- Guide and mentor the team to ensure service delivery.
- Keep abreast with the developments in the field and develop general awareness of the industry and organization practices.
Qualification - CA Must
Post Qualification Experience: 12-15 Years
Experience in Core accounting and Tally is a must
Preferred Industry Experience: FMCG or Manufacturing is preferred or BPO engaged in accounting / financial reporting.
