Urgent Requirement for Senior Manager Finance  About Job Profile:  - A key member of the management team the incumbent will work closely with the Board and the Managing Director with an overall responsibility of leading the finance function with an emphasis on management and financial accounting, management reporting, revenue recognition, cash management, tax, audit and compliance, budget, internal controls and financial policies.   Controllership, Financial Planning, Internal Controls & Analysis :  - Lead the controllership function for the firm - responsible for finance, accounts, taxation, reporting & compliances, cash flows, depreciation etc.   - Manage the financial planning and budgeting process for the firm, provide MIS required   - Implement & maintain budgeting, business planning and reporting policies & practices.   - Analyze financial results and provide the management with a clear understanding of the financial performance and the financial effects / implications of business plans and strategies.   - Ensure compliance on organization’s reporting requirements and ensure fulfillment of statutory reporting   - Play a key role in strategic planning with financial and statutory requirement inputs.   - Monitor and continuously strengthen financial systems, central processing unit, revenue accounting function, internal & statutory audits, taxation, risk assessment & mitigation processes, MIS & treasury.   - Liaise with auditors, lawyers, tax advisers, and bankers.   Person Specification:  - Preferably a fully qualified Chartered Accountant or a person with background in Financial Management.   - Possess good accounting experience and sound tax knowledge desirable   - Excellent eye for detail, diligent knowledge of accounting regulations   - Ability to report to senior managers.
