The brief Job Description is as given below.

Position: Senior Manager - F & A

Major Tasks:

Preparation and finalization of monthly/annual Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.

Financial Reporting, IFRS (IND AS) Implementation, Fund Management & Taxation: Balance Sheet, General Accounting(GL)- General Ledger Scrutiny, Receivable(AR) and Payable(AP) Accounting, Statutory Payment, Store Accounting, Controlling of Contract and Supply order.

Controlling of Bank and Corporate Guarantee etc. Bank and Fund planning and Control. Service Tax, Vat and Statutory matters.

Preparation of MIS containing limit exhausted, available, incoming, outflow, and Net balance at the end of the period and submission to management.

Strategic Planning/ Budgetary Control: Formulating plans & strategies for business after detail analysis & discussion between business participants to achieve maximization and review the business plan over the period.

Strategic Cost Controlling: Detail Costing and Pricing of Real Estate Projects, Costing of Various Utility, Captive consumption product (RMC, Aluminium Product, Blocks and Bricks etc.) and Facility Management for Strategic Decision Making, Budgeting, MIS. Working towards Controlling and reduction of Cost and Fixing Pricing of saleable units.

Qualification: CA with 7 to 10 yrs. exp.

Salary: 14 LPA
