Function : Finance & Accounting  Position : Finance Senior Manager Shared Services   Number of Positions : 01  Experience : Minimum 12+ Years   Location : Gurgaon   Employment : Permanent   Shift Timings : Flexible   - TrueBlue India LLP is looking to hire a Senior Manager Finance Shared Services who will support organizational financial objectives by providing financial analysis and recommendations, develop accounting strategies by contributing towards accounting and financial information, analysis and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction.  - The incumbent would provide leadership and direction to the long term strategy formation and day to day operations of the Financial Shared Services at the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of managers  - Monitor day to day operations related to Finance, possess complete knowledge of managing core finance function, act as an account manager & a consultant to the Global Financial controller.   He / She will also help establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives, provide financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information; advising departments on the collection and analysis of data.  - Maintains sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations.   Preferred Qualifications   - 12-15 years of Accounting work experience   - Must be B.Com graduate with core financial accounting knowledge with excellent communication skills  - Chartered Accountant /MBA - FINANCE will be added advantage   - Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles  - Strong analytical skills   - Strong knowledge of compliance systems   - Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships   - Well-organized, extreme attention to detail and a self-directed individual  - Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company would be a plus   - Preferred experience in BPO/ITES or any other industry with growth oriented organization   - Demonstrated ability in partnering with business or operations in developing & executing Finance strategies  - Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint including - advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel   Core Responsibilities :  - Drive adherence to internal accounting policies, procedures and processes and ensure that proper controls are in place   - Drive Order to Cash Process and improve upon the process timelines   - Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with all associated regulations   - Build strong relationships in a multi-national organization: Should be able to build personal credibility and manage the organizational complexity/matrix structures (local and global) by being a strong influencer   - Ensure development and implementation of Shared Service Centre SOPs, Policies, internal controls as per the norms and accounting guidelines followed  - Benchmark processes against best in class and drive the team accordingly to achieve expected cost savings through effective budgeting and control  - Create an internal customer centricity culture through effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs), SOPs and performance metrics that measure the effectiveness of service delivery by the SSC   - Monitor the performance of the shared services and ensure that the Shared Services dashboard and performance metrics are shared periodically to the stakeholders   People responsibilities :   As a Manager and team leader he / she will :   - Carry out appraisals and be responsible for counselling & mentoring of subordinates   - Plan timely training for respective departments to maintain and improve skills of team members   - Work with supervisors to understand the team's concerns and resolve them  - Delegate tasks appropriately and develop Supervisors and others to move to the next level   - Work under pressure, managing absenteeism, attrition and people issues   - Handle internal escalation as well as escalation from other teams in Global Shared Services regarding people issues or client issues  - Provide effective solutions and guide team members on various Functional issues   - Ensure the career development plan for each team member is adhered
