Senior Manager - Customer service - equivalent to a director  We are hiring for a Director Level position for a reputed MNC  Key accountabilities  Overview: Manage customer service personnel and oversee the front and back office quote-to-cash order delivery processes and the back-office Service Delivery processes for the Americas and Europe. He/she is entrusted with providing a seamless buying experience to customers, fast and effective service delivery back office processing, leading an engaged workforce, and maintaining a positive culture and ensuring the highest level of compliance and adherence to Standards of Business Conduct. This person will also provide strong leadership to the entire organization located in India and lead global initiatives   Develops and executes Strategic Intent and implementation of organization/ business strategic plan, organizational programs, and operational excellence.   Provides leadership to the field sales/ support activities, business groups and/ or corporate organization in sales admin, order fulfillment, support admin, global credit and risk management, collections, inventory management, proposal development and contracts development/negotiation/administration. Plans, organizes, directs the activities and staff required to provide innovative solutions and consulting a variety of business areas and processes.  Manages other managers. May also manage expert or master level individual contributors.  Directs and manages the resources of entire division/unit function, sales/support sub-region or program, or global function program   Top management job for customer service organization spanning multiple business units/ departments, or sub-regional segment of company  This position manages a variety of shifts and will require some evening work-shifts to meet with afternoon and night-shift employees.  External Qualifications :   Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus demonstrated industry experience integrating the resources of several complex departments or functions.
