Sr. Digital Marketing Manager plays a specialized role as part of the Digital Marketing team. Through digital and online techniques and analysis,  Sr. Digital Marketing Manager pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building and conversion.  Responsibilities:  - To manage day-to-day SEM/PPC activities, ensuring real-time monitoring of ad positions, impressions, clicks, CTR/ROI, quality score and associated revenue  - To identify, forecast and manage daily and monthly budgets, and be accountable for campaign spend and generated ROI  - Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI  - Track, report, and analyse campaign analytics  - Optimize copy and landing pages to improve quality score  - Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization  - He/she shall also extend support to other (digital) marketing teams, as and when expected.  Requirements:  - Experience in Paid Search Marketing - 5+yrs  - Ideate and implement lead generation / eCommerce campaigns and strategies to drive sales & ROI  - Certification in Google Adwords  - Proficiency with Google AdWords/Analytics, DoubleClick, Yahoo/Bing Ads Manager, Yahoo Gemini and similar paid search & video advertising tools.  - Ability to strategize, plan, implement and optimize highly target-specific paid search marketing and remarketing campaigns at optimal budgets, to generate best-possible ROI in terms of meaningful traffic and business leads.  - To build online / digital assets for business growth through content marketing, social media strategies, and online advertising.  - End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact.  - Responsibility for the oversight and management of the online marketing and digital branding  - Collaborate in defining key performance indicators to measure success in social media and other marketing efforts.
