Role: Senior Manager - Global Digital Marketing   Reports into: Director   Location: NCR Region  Work Timings: 12 Noon till 10 PM  Role Type: People Manager Role.   Our Client's India office is seeking an experienced, talented manager to lead their global digital marketing team. Our digital marketing team creates top-notch online materials and drives traffic to them through online advertisements, search engine optimization, and social media.   - This management role involves overseeing a team of 10 - 15 web and graphic designers, and online marketing analysts.   - This person will be expected to define goals and generate marketing strategies to promote their products and is responsible for ensuring the team is organized, productive, and aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.  Position Duties:  - Oversee the functioning of the Global Digital Marketing Team in the India office  - Coordinate closely with the managers of other global marketing teams to ensure alignment throughout the department.  - Manage the growing staff of designers and marketing analysts.  - Coordinate with members of the Creative Team and Marketing Department in the US.  - Foster a collaborative environment and create condition for team effectiveness across the different functional units.  - Contribute to global online marketing strategy and manage digital marketing projects.  - Recruit, mentor, manage and motivate the Global Digital Marketing Team to ensure a high performance environment  Candidate Requirements:  - Total 10- 14 years of Experience with last 3- 5 years within digital marketing experience of handling/ managing global geographies.   - Experience leading digital marketing efforts  - Ability to advise on digital marketing strategy  - Experience with web analytics, website conversion optimization, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and online advertising  - Experience working with counterparts in the USA and/or UK  - Strong written and verbal communication skills  - Excellent presentation and persuasion skills  - Marketing experience at a B2B company  - Entrepreneurial problem solver with strong execution skills  Education:   - Preferably a combination of Engineering with an MBA / M.Sc or equivalent technical qualification to fulfill the role.   Sneha  Principal Consultant  Talent People Search
