Senior Manager - Digital Customer Acquisition - BFSI

The core responsibility area would be to develop and execute an integrated Online sales approach that meets the company's periodic objectives. This will include the following:

1. Digital Initiatives: ROI based Traffic

2. Digital sales strategy: Design an annual roadmap with the goal to scale covering all the 3 key aspects of an effective IM strategy (1) Identifying efficient Marketing Opportunities across channels and platforms (2) Platforms and Products needed for that and (3)the Technical and Engineering projects required to meet these Marketing goals.

3. Channel Management: Manage the operations (campaigns, partners and internal teams) across, Affiliate, and other lead gen campaigns on a daily basis to meet the traffic and business goals.

4. Integrated Marketing: Build Technology capabilities to synergize between Marketing, Tech (Internal) and Ad Tech (External) campaigns with a seamless, continuous and cost effective conversion flow.

5. Marketing Technology: Develop scientific attribution models and use the data so generated through use of analytics for effective campaign management to maximise audience targeting and conversionManage multiple projects, schedules and maintain budgets effectively

6. Creating the Digital Sales offerings that resonate with customers

7. Be a hands-on leader that can lead engagements around new offerings created

8. Should have worked and have knowledge about Lead management system

9. Should be well versed with the functioning of call centers involved in online sales

10. Should have an idea of the lead generation mechanism available in the industry

Skills:

1. The incumbent must possess and display strategic ability and analytical skills

2. Ability to develop, test and validate hypotheses. Should be competent at analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.

3. 10-12 years of relevant experience - preferably 3-5 years in Insurance / BFSI online space

4. Ability to understand and define a content management strategy

5. Understanding of website hosting and networking and cloud computing concepts
