- Managing entire HR Life Cycle from Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Culture
- Developing & executing people strategy in line with Business plans / company strategy
- Experience in Wage Settlements / handling Industrial Relations / Employee Relations in Union environment / Statutory Compliance
- Min 14 - 21 Years of experience in Plant HR Functions
- Should be strong in Work Systems, Policies & Processes, Industrial Relations, PMS, and Industrial Relation activities and Statutory Administration
- Good in Leadership skills
