Senior Manager/DGM - Compensation & Benefits - FMCG/Healthcare/Pharma/Mfg

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Responsible for management of compensation and benefits, designing, benchmarking, reviewing and updating framework, policies and guidelines.

- Annual Increment and performance bonus management.

- Conducting Budget simulation exercise to propose increment rates to Management.

- Handling Compensation revision cycle/promotion cycle for all employees.

- Design and recommended any changes made in salary structure & other benefits.
