Urgent opening for a Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager-Corporate HR with a Telecom company based in Mumbai  Experience-7-13 years  Education MBA in HR ( Preference from top B school)  Direct reports: IC  Job Description:  - Lead/ Project manager for identified projects (National or Regional) for national business ops linked people Plan.   - Identify areas of HR opportunity across Circles to create solutions that address specific people challenges in concurrence with Business & CoE.   - Supports Head of HCBP in delivering National HR Ops People agenda through analytics & insights with Circle HR heads and Business stakeholders  - Proactively manages the interfaces with Circles and teams of Centres of Expertise, HR Services & Function HRBPs to give shape to circle demand management and national initiatives.  - Spoc for National projects being steered/driven by Head of Circle BPs in areas of Performance, Talent & critical HR ops initiatives like arresting Front Line Sales attrition Pan India  - Analyze opportunities in HR process gaps (between between HR CoEs) that affect business, collaborate with COEs/HRBPs teams on design e.g. Talent Refresh, data sanity, COE's reporting mechanisms for enabling governance  - Use Circle performance Metrices and / insights across Circles/regions for analytics and insights to help drive performance.   - Review & Drive best practice replication agenda with suitable plans with circle.   - Support Communication & education to circle HR BPs on trends/initiatives that affect business
