We look for people involved in Risk/Fraud/Portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive usage of customer data
- Improve acquisition and portfolio understanding through relevant and actionable segmentation models
- Optimize campaign management by usage of advanced statistical models: propensity, next best offer, optimization models
- Improve channels performance by definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs
- Develop an alarming system to detect deviations from the set rules & practices, regulate and monitor adherence to rules
- Develop analytical CRM infrastructure - data organization, data quality, analytical tools, Reports
- Liaison with all Stakeholders - Risk, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Operations teams and the other CRM teams to ensure best organization and publishing for CRM reports
- Establish right KPIs and manage the team performance
- Building and training the Analytics Team
Desired Profile :
- Bachelor's degree or above in quantitative fields, preferable Mathematics / Statistics/ Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Financial services or other service industries
- 5+ years of supervisory / management experience
- 5+ years practical experience in customer portfolio Analytics
- Very good analytical skills and understanding of statistical models
- Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills
- Very good business understanding
- Strong communication and presentation skills
