Sr Manager - Contracts and Grants(INGO)   Description :   We are looking to hire a Sr Manager - Contracts and Grants for our Finance and Accounts function to work with the Finance and Program teams and support compliances of our India operations.   The Contracts and Grants personnel would typically be involved in (but not restricted to) the following activities:-  - Managing of new contracts and agreements that Company enters into.  - Ensuring all grant related compliances as required by donors  - Managing Donor Audits and Program related internal audits  - Managing of MIS  Requirements :   - Candidate should have at least 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in a contracts plus grant management function, preferably in a development organization.  - Should possess demonstrated knowledge on managing contracts, grant related compliances, donor audits, MIS etc.  - Experience of having worked on compliances under Government sponsored projects with agencies such as USAID, DFID, GiZ or with multi-lateral aid agencies such as World Bank, ADB etc is necessary.  - Should have excellent analytical skills and ability to proactively take up and resolve challenging situations.  - Candidate should have excellent communication skills (oral as well as written) and should be proficient in MS office.  - Demonstrated ability to work in a team keeping cordial relationship with all departments.  - The candidate should be flexible to work extra hours during exigencies.  Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance/law.  If interested kindly revert with following details at :  Experience:   Current CTC:   Notice Period:   Name: Anushka Nibre Tel: +91-22-25476846/7/9
