Job Purpose :

A concerted effort is required to embed values across the organization. For the purpose of the same, compliance needs to work closely with HR and other functions to ensure that the values are gradually embedded in the organization. Further, there is a requirement to partner with the business to set policy and direction. There is also a need to consider the firm enterprise view when developing compliance and business solutions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- To work with HR, Front End Support Managers and other functions to embed firm values.

- Partner with the business to set policy and direction

- Ensure effective compliance communication to both business and GEC

- Consider firm enterprise view when developing compliance solutions

- Respond to the queries

- Conduct Value Maturity Assessment and support functions and employees in embedding firm values across the organization

- Work with IT to develop IT enabled compliance solutions.

- Promote a Values-based culture through encouragement of, among other things, Speak Up

Profile :

Mandatory Requirements :

- Good command of Business English to be able to manage competently across geographies (both spoken/written).

- LLB Degree

- Work experience of at least 8 years

- Prior Experience in a compliance role with an MNC
