- Provide support for Company's day to day corporate secretarial needs

- Manage all aspects relating to Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings

- Prepare notices, agenda, minutes and resolutions

- Prepare and update registers and forms required to be maintained under the Companies Act and other regulations

- Ensure all filings under the Companies Act are made correctly and within time

- Coordinate annual audit with statutory auditors

- Assist with secretarial matters of the Trusts set up by the company

- Assist with CSR related secretarial activities

- Assisting with other compliances matters

- Responsible for ensuring all appropriate certifications and confirmations that filings have been lodged with the appropriate regulatory authority are obtained

- Responsible for the Blueprint statutory record database in terms updating and verifying the accuracy of the data held

- Responsible for prompt execution of all intergroup contracts through the Contract Management System ensuring all executed documents are signed in accordance with the Global Execution Policy and maintain the global authorised signatory database

- Work with global secretarial teams to leverage best practices

- Keeping abreast with changes to law or key trends in the industry that may have an effect on how we conduct our secretarial matters

- Work with other departments and outside consultants as needed

Experience and Qualifications Required

- Ideal candidate must be registered with Institute of Company Secretaries of India, have 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, having worked in a multinational company or a diversified domestic company with global presence

- Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, roles and responsibilities of the Board, officers and shareholders and common sense approach to issues

- Appreciation for cultural differences within a multinational firm

- Must have prior experience of working in a global organisation with teams outside India

- A good team player and a strong professional, capable of working with junior as well as senior staff

- Ability to independently manage issues

- Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent judgment; business sense; high standards of ethics, honesty and integrity

- Understanding of business goals and customer focused

- Degree in law desirable but not mandatory
