Looking for Sr. Manager CLM High Value & STD for Prepaid based at Chandigarh for leading top telecom operator.
Purpose of the Job:
To continuously improve the health of the High Value Prepaid base to ensure maximization of revenues of the critical functional revenue bucket through various schemes, promotions, and activities designed to engage & retain the HVC base.
Key Deliverables:
- Enhancement of Revenue
a. Continuously develop new schemes and products according to the market requirements, customer VOC & usage behavior/ pattern from BI.
- Retention & Loyalty
a. Ensuring Customer loyalty to brand/ network by understanding his behaviors/ concerns & developing retention tools & promos
- Competition Mapping
a. Monitoring competition activities & developing responses to keep products competitive & at the same time increase revenues & reduce churn
- MIS
a. Continuously making & improving various MIS related to consumer behavior/ pattern to support management decisions
Qualification & Key skills/ competencies:
- MBA or equivalent- Tier 1/ Reputed B School
- 3 years+ of Product/Revenue Management experience in industries like Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Retail.
- Ability to track and grow trends (leads)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skill, quick to grasp
- Ability to adapt to situations & challenges.
