Salary range: 10 - 14 LPA  Job Title: Credit Manager - HL/LAP  Designation : Senior Manager/ Chief Manager  Reporting To : Regional Credit Manager  BU : Risk  EU : Banking  Principal Responsibilities :  - Ensure high portfolio quality for Housing Loans & LAP in the location, while maintaining excellent service levels (TAT) to the customer (both internal and external customers), with very low defects/reworks, and increasing efficiency of operations and vendor competence improvement  - Monitor and ensure very low defects on data entry as part of Housing Loans & LAP underwriting quality  - Adherence to the policy/process laid out by the Central team on all application being processed.  - Close monitoring on non-starters/Cheque bounce trends and knowing channels and their sourcing pattern.   - Giving Feedback to channels/Vendors on a monthly basis on their performance levels and taking corrective action to improve the efficiency of vendors.  - Audit compliance on all aspects stipulated by Head Office and regulatory compliance in the location  - Channel risk management by identifying and knowing all channels and identifying good and bad channels  - Interact closely with other functions such as Sales/Operations/Collections/Policy/Product etc. to ensure a smooth day to day functioning at the location  Required Skills and experience :  - Candidate should have an experience in financial underwriting for HL/LAP   - Candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills  - Candidate should be high on analytical skills  Furnish following details in resume while applying :  Current Organisation :  Current Designation and Role :  Total Experience :  Qualification :  Current Salary (Also mentioned Fixed+Variable) :  Expected Salary : Present Location : Joining Time : Reason for Change :  Experience(years) and Percentage in handling HL and LAP cases(Current & Previous Organisation) :
