Senior Manager - Business Process Re-engineering - NBFC

We have Urgent Openings for a senior role - Business Process Re-engineering with the leading NBFC based out of Pune.

Work Location : Pune

Job Description :

- The candidate will be responsible for re-engineering business by closely working with the relevant business and functional units.

- Review and understand existing Business processes and organization structure to identify business functional requirements for substantial improvement in business & operational processes to eliminate waste, improve controllership and deliver flexibility.

- Should be able to identify business use case & implement the same

- Identify processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information, and suggest a recommended course of action by identifying modifications to existing processes.

- Project manage new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions, identify and provide preliminary benefit of potential options.

- Assist and/or implement new processes and organizational changes as accepted by all stakeholders with respect to these functions & businesses.

- Document workflows to train all respected stakeholders to use and improve new process.

Candidate should be a B.Tech + MBA and should have minimum 2 years of experience for the same.
