Job Summary
Institute consumer studies to gather insights into behavior and attitudes in the market related to usage of telecom products and services.
Provide actionable insights, foresight and forecast to Organisation on end user trends and consumers, to influence strategy, product and service development and market making.
These insights will also be used to position Organisation as a thought leader.
Develop new methods and tools for analysis, and contribute to BI processes improvements.
