Senior Manager - Business Analyst - Robotic Process Analyst

Prerequisites :

Knowledge of prevalent application platforms/technologies (BPM, ECM, SOA, Domain specific Business Platforms)

- Relevant Experience of 2-5 years into IT application development in anyone of below

- Microsoft Technology (Visual Studio .Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server Cognitive API, TFS etc.)

- Robotics Automation with any market leading tool like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan, UI Path etc.

- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data analysis and validation

- Hands - on with Visio and Microsoft Tools

- Understanding/Delivery Experience in a Business Aligned IT scenarios

- Understanding and experience of various SDL model Agile/Scrum, Waterfall etc.

- Excellent Presentation, Verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data analysis and validation

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Worked / exposure to software application management

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal at all levels of the organization, with external stakeholder organizations

- Strong customer service orientation ability to connect with global customers and work with Global teams.

- Good listening and consultative skills

- Good Negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills

Basic Function :

- Engage with Software development / Pre-Sales team to understand Customer requirements, drives Business Solutions

- Perform investigational analysis and evaluation to determine project or application feasibility.

- Prepare feasibility studies, recommend and establish program objectives, priorities and schedules in conjunction with user and functional requirements

- Identify, define, record and communicate user and functional requirements for necessary software, data storage and retention, or workflow and business process changes.

- Prepare Business Requirement Document
