Senior Manager Brokerage Operations for Hyd.  Requirements: CA( Final) with 6 to 9 years of exp post qualification.  Whose is into Audits handling BFSI clients.  Or  Working in Banks/Insurance/MF companies handling internal audit.  Or  Working in Banks/Insurance/MF companies handling intermediary commission payouts.  This role will be responsible for Backend Operations of Brokerage:  Below are the key pointers:  1) Planning for the brokerage process activities.  2) Identification of Risk by analyzing the current process.  3) Proactive approach, building strong controls to avoid any process failures.  4) Strategic Management.  5) Monitoring the team for completion of the tasks assigned to them.  6) AMC coordination and clarify the issued raised.  7) Maintenance of TAT in resolution of queries by the team.  8) Implementation of rates structures / incentives from time to time.  9) Take care of Dispatch activity of Brokerage warrants and statements for all payouts with zero error.  10) Monitoring day to day activities of the team and ensure the team deliverables in time.   11) Ensure 100% compliance as per the norms of regulatory authorities and concern bodies.  12) Leads the team to fulfill commitments.
