Story Teller - Area of Operations  Client Visits & ORALS (Session Content):  - Assess and understand the client's visit objectives  - Assess and understand the clients personality traits and behavior.  - Assess and understand XXX's value proposition viz-a-viz competition  - Review the content to be presented to the client based on the above three parameters  - Determine the most appropriate way/method to describe the XXX value proposition to the client by remodeling the content as deemed appropriate  - Train & rehearse the story line and method with the identified speakers  - Assess the performance of the session, speakers & content for further improvement  PROPOSAL RESPONSE (Proposal Content):  - Assess and understand the client's proposal objectives  - Assess and understand the XXX Value proposition viz-a-viz competitors.  - Review the response to be submitted to the client based on the above two parameters  - Determine the most appropriate way/method to describe the XXX value proposition to the client by remodeling the content as deemed appropriate  - Review and signoff the story line & content being crafted for the response  - Assess the final content for further improvement  Criteria: Total professional experience needed: 10-15 yrs  - Mass communication (Advertising, TV/Film Media) experience is mandatory  - Must have worked in Script writing/Story editing for TV/Film/Ad corporations  - Strong understanding of global culture & nuances  - Understand the IT Industry and its models, needs & expectations or demonstrate High learnability and willingness to learn  - Ability to work with multiple internal-stake-holders and external-stake-holders on visits  - Exceptionally strong communication skills & presentable/interaction skills  - Work Experience : 8-10 years  - Academic Qualification: Mass Communication (Major), Psychology (Elective)
