Sr.Manager - Banking Alliance
Job Description :
- To develop and implement strategic business plans for the acquisition of New bank to contribute effectively to the business portfolio and drive business growth
- The incumbent will be responsible for the overall development and execution of strategy for acquiring New Partners, leading the process from inception through to the signing of new partnerships.
- Develop the whole acquisition machinery: Build the lead generation, credentials pitch, consultative questioning, solutions pitch, negotiations, closing and account on boarding.
- Creating new alliances and managing existing ones to increase business for the company, supporting them with various innovative campaigns.
- Creating and implementing monthly marketing plan for alliances and managing a strong relationship with clients with effective ROI.
Desired Skills and competencies :
- 5 - 7 years of experience in acquisition of key partnerships in the financial services and eCommerce industry
- Strong relationships and networks within the Banks and Alliances domain
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong presentation skills. Inclined towards Solution selling - able to influence and persuade others to take action or gain buy - in
- Confident negotiator with good closing abilities
- Consistent effort, intense commitment, perseverance and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
