We have urgent openings for the role of Sr. Manager/AVP - Strategic Initiatives with the leading small finance Bank based in Bangalore.

Job Location - Bangalore

Job Description -

1. Strategic initiatives involve a number of unique skills to be able to design and execute important new programs. This requires ability to understand end to end aspects of each initiatives, dependencies on key stakeholders within and outside of the organization and ability to plan and execute those initiatives.

2. At any time, we have typically 6-8 different initiatives at various stages of conceptualization and implementation.

3. This role is expected to own end to end 1-2 initiatives at any point of time and be responsible for successful execution.

4. This role requires maturity and capabilities of managing complex, cross functional projects.

5. Deliver initiatives on time and within budget and achieve organization's business goals as defined for the initiative

6. These initiatives will have internal and external stakeholders, including partners so the person will need to manage those effectively
