POSITION : Counsel Strategic Litigation

REPORTING TO: Strategic Counsel

Role :

- Manage Company's long term litigation strategy.

- Advise on high-impact cases.

- Strategies to minimize litigation exposure.

- Understand the business & the legal environment and pre-empt matters/issues which could pose a concern for the business.

- Advise business Counsels on offensive or defensive litigations carried out by specific businesses to protect revenue and immediate P&L
