Senior Manager/Associate Director - US GAAP - IT

Responsibilities :

- To lead US GAAP accounting

- Understand all the aspects of activity to determine Indian GAAP to US GAAP difference.

- Independently researching on various technical accounting topics and writing white papers as necessary

- Coordinating with (Parentcompany ) on all US GAAP adjustments

- Working with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit

- Assist in any US GAAP forecasting, modeling, and analysis

- To be able to close monthly financial statements within the timelines prescribed including comparison of Indian GAAP to US GAAP to identify difference and prepare the US GAAP adjustments.

- To be able to discuss with the leadership on various aspects of US GAAP adjustments.

- To be able to understand any system enhancements required to better the existing processes.

- To support and ensure the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (US GAAS) & be compliant

- Assist with or be responsible for other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
