The organisation services leading clients in Telecom, Banking and Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences, Hi-tech, Gaming ISVs and Software product development organizations. Having established strong credentials in their area of operations, our Client is embarking on a journey of rapid growth, with plans to increase their top-line 4X over the next 4 years.  The organisation is looking for an Associate Director to lead their Human Resources function as they scale up.  THE ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Drive talent acquisition and resource management to support the organisation's growth plans.  - Drive performance management for the entire organization in-line with current, innovative performance management systems.  - Establish, refine and drive implementation of people policies and processes as per businesses needs for various global offices/ locations  - Identify development, training and certifications needs, and ensure they are executed to high standards  - Drive employee engagement and satisfaction, and develop and implement an effective mentoring framework  - Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring coordination with other functions for employee related interventions when needed  - Conduct attrition analysis, conceptualize and implement action plans based on attrition trends and feedback, in consultation with business.  EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS   - MBA- HR- from a reputed institute SIBM/ SCMHRD/ MDI/ FMS/ IMT/ XIMB/ XISS/ NMIMS/ JamnaLal Bajaj/ TISS)  - 10+ years of experience in Software Industry   - Excellent Communication Skills  - Exposure to the entire gamut of- HR- activities  - Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style  - Ability to work collaboratively   - Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management  - Ability to manage HR activities for multiple offices.  INDICATIVE COMPENSATION :   - INR 25-30 Lacs per annum   We look forward to hearing from professionals with the relevant experience.
