We are looking for a "Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director - Transactional Quality" for one of our fastest growing MNC client - Online Travel Agency Aggregator.

Job Description:
- Raise the bar of Transactional Quality for all Business Processes of OTA where Transactions/Payments/money exchange is happening.
- Monitor and Raise Transactional Quality of Pricing of Tickets, Fare Filling, Bookings of Tickets, Ticketing,- Exchange, Cancellations and Refunds with a view to reduce exposure and improve payment quality and revenue.
- Deep dive into data, drive SWOT / CAPA, develop business insights, analyse trend & gaps to implement improvements in People, Process & Technology to improve Transactional Quality.
- Monitor/report/improve Transactional Quality metrics.
- Design MIS for the Transactional Quality team to enable decision making by leadership team.-
- Drive and take CAPA to ensure- a and identify trends/root causes in order to draw conclusions and design action plans, and long term Quality strategy.-
- Work with Intelligence and Analytics teams to drive improvements across regions and languages.-
- Liaise with the Project, Operations, Quality, Finance and Training Teams to ensure Transactional Quality is met.
Skills :-
Knowledge of Online travel agencies operations is Mandatory.-
Hands on Experience of Online Travel Business Transactions.
Financial Background would be a plus point.
Should have managed at least 50+ members.-
Call center environment with US timings or back end operations experience is required.
