Hiring Sr. Manager - HRBP for an ITeS client to be based out of Pune.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages the delivery and execution of HR solutions of processes including Talent and Development, Compensation & Mobility, Employee Relations, M&A and Special Projects across a specified internal client group.
- Responsible for Year-End Compensation Planning, Annual Talent review and Succession planning, Performance Management and Manager Feedback across a specified group
- Manages complex Employee Relations cases, manager inquiries, etc.
- Acts as an escalation point on more highly complex matters and liaises with HRBPs, LOB and COEs.
- Manages the delivery of adhoc reporting & analysis, M&A work and special projects
- Manages a team of professionals including coaching, performance management and resource allocation
