Job Description & Specifications :
- Provides pertinent resource planning details and analysis to assist in supporting Competency / GTH Region fiscal planning activities.
- Coordinates with Recruitment and L&D team in supporting the on-boarding process for both campus and experienced hires into the service line.
- Makes sure that client serving professionals (CSPs) are scheduled on the appropriate engagements and development activities which support the CSPs career goals and objectives.
- Responsible for complex scheduling assignments.
- Required to work closely with multiple managers and other leaders to complete scheduling assignments.
- Facilitates the sharing of resources and best practices for a Competency / Region
- Proactively identifies and addresses staffing issues.
- Provides regular communication to Experience (Resource) Management (EM) leadership regarding EM activities, reports and issues.
- Appropriately prioritize staffing decisions based on engagement risk, specialization requirements, timing constraints, staffing continuity and geographic considerations.
- Identify performance or morale issues with client serving staff supported, address with Competency / Experience (Resource) Management leadership as needed.
- Identify over and under-utilized personnel, be proactive in identifying additional resources to bring utilization in line with their peers.
- Negotiate with client serving teams to shift time or create individual availability in order to meet staffing priorities for the Competency / Region.
- Consults with assigned Experience (Resource) Managers as needed regarding issues/conflicts they cannot resolve and maintains morale and connect within the team
- May have direct supervision and/or performance management responsibilities for team of Experience (Resource) Managers aligned to a Competency / Region
