Basic Qualifications:

Ph.D. or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics ,Econometrics .

Skills:

- Expertise in data analysis and statistical predictive modeling related to compensation dynamics

- Ability to perform statistical analysis using tools such as SPSS,SAS or equivalent tools is a must

- Excellent data classification and data management skills and a working knowledge of database systems Strong project management experience.
