We are having an urgent job opportunity with a leading Telecom MNC.
Position : Strategic Account Manager (Sr. Manager / AGM level) depending upon experience
Location : Bangalore, Mumbai
Experience : 5-12 years
CTC : Sr. Manager - Max. 20 LPA
AGM : Max. 32 LPA
Only female candidate with experience in large account handling in Telcos, IT sales, OEM required.
JD :
- To maximize the delivery of profitable revenue in Global Enterprise's accounts, through the leadership, base management, and motivation of the team.
- To manage and deliver revenue growth from HQ accounts across the country and NHQ accounts with base in the circle. Deliver above across all product lines and maintain a healthy product mix
- Deliver the best in class customer experience with a high NPS score. Work closely with corporate and global teams, creating a seamless and uniform experience for customers across countries & circles.
- Deliver Revenue growth target in line with the DB in India
- Portfolio engagement across group companies of accounts
- Farming and nurturing deep engagements across levels of identified strategic accounts
- C - Level Customer stakeholder engagement and escalation contact for all customer experience related issues
- Engagement with various circles to deliver the revenue growth within India ( HQ and NHQ)
- Work closely with the FL BDM to grow Fixed and relevant stakeholders for new products
- Good knowledge of mobility, fixed and other communication technologies, technical sales background preferable
