Reporting To: Vice President - IP Business (Chennai)  Purpose of the Role :   To lead the business unit taking complete responsibility of P&L and managing large & complex multi-functional organization.  Job Description :   1. Managing the Coimbatore Business unit and its operations  2. Responsible for handling the Profit & Loss of the business unit  3. Managing multiple revenue streams  4. Managing trade relations   5. Leading organic growth  6. Leading a multi - functional organization  7. Strategy formulation and designing fiscal plan  8. Response to competition - both strategically and tactically  9. Ensure Quality of service  Key Result Areas :   1. FY revenue / profits / market share  2. Growth of sub-base through organic means and acquisitions  3. Quality of service and growth of ARPU (average revenue per user)  4. Organization development / setting up systems and processes  Functional Competencies :   1. P&L Management  2. Leadership abilities  3. Managing external partners  4. Managing large organization in multiple locations  5. Ability to operate and instil discipline in large organisation  6. Ability to work in a environment that can be difficult, complex and changing  7. Work with cross-functional teams for common objectives   Work Experience :   1. Should have Minimum 6-12 years experience from Premier B-School  2. Should have Minimum 4 -6 years of experience in a managerial role preferred  3. Should possess strong market Intelligence/Industry knowledge or experience  4. Ability to handle large teams and handle multi-functional projects  5. Must possess Strong interpersonal abilities  6. Must have Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
