Responsibilities:
- Proficient in managing HR functions viz. Recruitment and Selection, Orientation, Payrolls, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, Personnel & Administration
- Experience in managing modern HR Systems;
- Maintaining harmonious employee relations by building strong culture and values of the organization
- Knowledge in IR, statutory and legal compliances
- Ability to handle the entire HR function
- Developing HR policies and procedures in conjunction with company's vision.
- Taking care of all statutory compliances at factory, maintaining 100% compliances as per act.
- Develop employee engagement & retention strategies.
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in Plant/Manufacturing/Automotive/Pharma
- Strong in IR background
- Weightage will be given to local candidates who are well versed with the regional language - 'Telugu'
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- 'Strong' academic background (please note, client company will not entertain the profiles with average educational scores)
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
- People centric and flexible
- Work independently, with a high degree of responsibility
- Self-driven. Good interpersonal skills.
