Senior Manager/AGM - Equity - Infrastructure Sector

Required skill set:

- Candidate having worked with business consulting/advisory, project finance, equity funds, investment banking firms in infrastructure sector

- In depth understanding of policy & regulatory frame work

- Thorough understanding of structuring of large private equity/mezzanine transactions

- Experience of managing entire IPO process

- Analytical & logical thought flow

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a team player

- High level of ownership & commitment (ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines)

Job Responsibilities:

- In depth financial analysis including preparing & handling Financial Models & Valuation

- Play key role in execution of large private equity / mezzanine deals from end to end including handling investor queries, negotiation of term sheets/transaction documents etc

- Play key role in driving IPO process including preparation of DRHP document, finalization of investors- related documents/consents etc.

- Interacting with Investment bankers /lawyers/ advisors, as reqd.

Education:- CA/MBA/CFA

Experience:- 8-10 years post qualification experience
