Senior Manager/AGM - Contract Management
Contracts Management & Legal :
- Drafting and vetting of agreements including but not limited to Master Service agreements, vendor agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Professional Service agreements, work orders/ SOWs, Letter of Intent etc.
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management under labour laws.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
- Take charge of all outstanding litigations of the company including labour cases, review progress and liaise with and manage external lawyers. Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly
- Part of executing compliance business activities, knowledge of International regulations especially on contract related matters.
Personnel Management & Statutory Compliance :
- To ensure the peaceful IR and smooth operations. Dealing with Labour Union, Negotiations, Conflict Management and settle charter of Demands & Grievances.
- The maintenance of cordial Management - Labour relationship in the organisation and initiate & implement welfare oriented schemes and handle legal matters pertaining to employment
- Implementation of statutory schemes such as EPF, FPF, ESI, Gratuity, Insurance etc.,
- Attending Litigations at the level of Labour courts, Lower & Higher courts.
- Drafting of Documents pertaining to Contract Labour relating to vendor management, support services etc,.
