To support their growth plans in India, they are looking to hire excellent and dynamic professionals so as to exponentially grow in the country.   Job Description :   Reporting to the Head - Actuarial Delivery, you would be responsible to :   - Substantive experience with operationalizing and managing a team of actuarial professionals (Team size - 10+)   - Be an active contributor in the Actuarial Delivery Execution, as well as other such forums - increase visibility and profile  - Ability to look ahead at least 6 months with respect to business planning, set goals and work backwards in fleshing out plan & ensuring implementation  - Developing, adapting and revising best practices that are easy to understand and follow  - Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches   - Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management   - Managing stakeholder relationships, and propagate the use of our capabilities.   - Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach operational managers, business stakeholders, other project resources   The Successful Applicant :   - You are a PART QUALIFIED ACTUARY (Minimum 6 CT series papers) with 8-12 years of experience in the Actuarial delivery domain.   - You have experience in the Pensions Administration domain.  - You are currently working in a Big4 Consulting as a Manager/Senior Manager.   - You have experience working with international stakeholders and are from a Financial Services background (preferably Insurance/General Insurance).   - You have strong solutioning skills, resource planning and strong people and relationship management skills.   What's on Offer :   - On offer is an unmatched career progression compared to anywhere else in industry and also a very close correlation between your rewards and hard work.   - You chart out your own path.
