Account Delivery Lead(Sr Manager)  - Spearheading various activities with the assistance of large teams, reporting to the Global Delivery Head and working as the Account Delivery Lead as responsible to provide leadership, direction and oversight to the Operations Team & Solution designing Team (S&P)and Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) Process Improvement Initiatives.  - Primary responsibility of Delivery across S&P Verticals to USA, UK and Europe.  - Coordinate with the executive leadership team to develop tactical plans and manage the business and handled additional responsibility of Lead Role in managing Pre-Sales, Business Promotion activities & RFx responses.  - Developing & Implementing Policies and procedures related to S&P including Organizational Plans ensuring Business Development and Growth in the Organization.  - Developing, overseeing and managing multiple Department Budgets, ensuring achievement of Revenue & Expenses and mentoring direct reports in effective budget planning and tracking practices.  - Visiting Customers (Onsite & Offsite team) frequently as part of the Delivery Review Process and assure commitment to the customer and negotiating with Vendors & Partners to achieve the best value for the Organization.
