Please go through the job description mentioned below :   - Preparing Plaint, Written Statement, Complaints, applications and replies in legal proceedings in Civil, Criminal Courts, Consumer Forums and other authorities.  - Co-ordination with external Lawyers and briefing them the facts, position and other aspects of case.  - Preparing and presentation of documentary and other evidence in legal proceedings.  - Follow up and maintain MIS of Court cases, and legal proceedings advancing Company's interests.  - Matters related to Land Acquisitions like due diligence, interaction with, Sub Registrar Office, Patwaris etc. Legal support to land procurement department.  - Examining and giving legal advice to the management on various matters including Civil, Criminal, Regulatory matters.  - Maintaining liaison with statutory and legal authorities to follow-up and expedite Company's work.  - Drafting and Vetting of Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Plot Buyer's Agreement, Flat Buyer's Agreement, Contracts, MOU, Collaboration Agreements and Maintenance Agreements etc.  - Presentation and Execution of the Deeds, Agreements before the office of the concerned Sub Registrar.  - Leasing (Renewal and Cancellation)  - Sending Notices and Reply to the notices on behalf of the company.  Education : LLB/LLM  Sahiba Narang
