JD  Designation : Sr. Consultant / Management Consultant   No of Vacancy is 2 : One male & One female candidate  Location : Muscat, Oman  Preferences : The candidate should have worked with reputed Management Consulting companies / Big 4 consulting companies anywhere.  Business Function : HR and wider business areas in operation & strategy  JOB PURPOSE  To be accountable for HR assessment service delivery working closely with clients to inform selection and development decisions. The incumbent shall always act as a trusted adviser in the field of consulting.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  - Monitor and report assessment project status to clients on regular basis  - Participate in client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements  - Communicate relevant project information including but not limited to project requirements and scope to the client and project team   - Represent to on client projects and collaborate on teams of project members at all levels and ensure delivery of high-quality products and services.  - Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams; manage projects that often require the integration of other HR related practice areas including communication, and change management, organizational survey and insights, HR technology implementation, as well as executive compensation based on client needs.   - Ensure projects are delivered to scope and meet budget and commitment, ensuring profitable delivery and client satisfaction help to develop new business through participation on Business Development team and contribute to new business proposals  - Work on developing client technical and commercial proposals considering to consultancy approach.  - Responsible for providing costing structure of the project deliverable in consultation with the Project Leader.  - Actively look for opportunities to continuously improve the products and services portfolio.  - Develop policies, procedures and required workflows of the assigned projects and for internal processes  - Track the progress of the final delivery of the assigned project against the project plan through managing communication with all stakeholders, and maintaining all documentation and timeliness of the project  - Control and implement a process of change when needed, document any track issues, monitor assumptions and understand and use problem solving techniques  - Maintain consistency of internal reporting and performance measurements  SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE :  Skills:  - Relationship and influence skills with HR colleagues inside and outside our company   - Notable presentation skills   - Self-led/Self-driven   - Interpersonal skills and self-awareness   - Training and certification capabilities  Minimum Qualification/Experience:  - University degree in relevant field, preferably in Business Management disciplines. MBA (HR / Strategy / Operation)  - 4-6 years- experience in professional similar capacity role   - Developed track of record in at least one or more of the following areas: HR strategy, cultural change management, organizational development, Reward Management, HRIS, Talent Management and ER, Business strategy, Business Operation.  - Advisory Consulting (external/internal) experiences is an added advantage  Salary Package : As per industry & market standard + family status  Zahid, AM-Recruitment, DD : +91 22 40960254
