Senior Level Hiring/Executive Search Specialist

Looking for Executive Search Specialists at Vadodara

1. Preferably MCom, BBA, MA Graduates

2. with atleast 1 yr to a maximum of 10 years experience in corporate roles

3. Currently settled in Vadodara

4. Excellent speaking and writing skills in English

5. Prior exposure to the Senior / Leadership hiring space will be a plus but not necessary.

6. If you are an industry specialist in the IT / Tech products, Manufacturing & SCM space - but keen to utilise this experience in the Executive Search space - do apply

7. Ability to interact with senior level decision makers, manage client expectations independently will be critical to this role.

8. You need to be process oriented, highly analytical and have an innate ability to influence others .
