- Own and delivery of crucial & pivotal support to their local HR-TA platforms by providing detailed candidate maps, long-lists and business intelligence otherwise provided by external recruitment firms.

- Mentor and develop the outsourced researchers who accommodate volume driven graded hiring, to proactively liaise, manage and review the firm's existing quality of deliverable, time-to-fill, hire conversion etc, address issues of capacity, streamlining & assist them to focus their efforts on relevant targets.

- Deliver JR based research, Long list only, Potential search, Market Mapping and Consulting services

- Providing market intelligence and insight into hiring trends and salary and bonus information from competitor banks and financial institutions, this might be obtained from information in external new sources such as press releases and also with valuable internal tools available such as Bloomberg.

- Adding value by expediting searches where possible suggesting candidate ideas gained from existing industry referral s and other market contacts, enabling a speed to market - quick solution- approach to hiring.

- Responsibility for storage of valuable & relevant candidate information to the firm's CRM for pipelining either directly or by delegation via the outsourced research vendors.

- Promote Internal Hiring

- Optimise processes removing redundancies

- Automate process steps reducing manual dependence

- Own and ensure updated POI for all the processes

- Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role. Understand and comply with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing anti-money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions; the Group's policies and procedures; and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters. Embed the Group's values and code of conduct to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations among employees form part of the culture.
