Senior/Lead Recruiter - Sales Hiring - BFSI/Consulting/IT

Our client American MNC which has 10k plus employees in India itself and 55 K employees world wide is hiring for this position.

Position: Sr./ Lead Recruiter (Sales Hiring)

- Around 6 Years of experience in recruitment with 3 years experience in sales & 2-3 years of Sales recruiting experience.

- Should have experience working in corporate.

- Should have experience hiring candidates who are into institutional sales (Corporate sales).

- Preferred candidates from BFSI / IT Product/ Consulting Organizations.

- Should have experience skills and ability to interact with Senior Management teams (Sales Directors, AVP - Sales etc) and ensure their hiring requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.

- Should have experience in hiring and managing mid and senior level Sales Positions.
