Our client is an American Multinational Financial firm with presence across the globe.

Designation: Senior/Lead - Recruiter

Position reports to Senior Recruitment Leader and work as an Individual contributor

Roles & Responsibilities:

- This role with primarily be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for a business units

- Involved in planning, sourcing, execution and operational activities

- Closely work with the Recruitment leader and mentor the junior members

Desired profile:

- 6-10 years of TA/Recruitment activities in IT domain

- Hands-on experience in hiring for Big Data/Analytics for minimum 3+ yrs (Mandatory)

- Strong sourcing, planning and stakeholder management activities

- Good communication skills

- Strong Interpersonal skills
