- Have total working experience of 5 - 7 Years.

- Have good working experience in Sterling Commerce Suite.

- Can drive major integration streams of the Ecommerce project with IBM Sterling Commerce.

- Have the ability to independently manage business requirements.

- Can gather business requirements and drive delivery of the requirements coordinating with the IT vendors.

- Strong knowledge of current web design trends and user-centered techniques.
